Refund policy
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you return instructions and details on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Store Credit
Approved returns are issued as store credit only in the form of a gift card.
- No refunds are issued to the original form of payment
- Store credit does not expire
- Store credit may be used on any future purchase
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:
- Items marked Final Sale
- Clearance or sale items
- Gift cards
- Accessories (hats, jewelry, etc.)
- Seasonal or holiday merchandise
- Custom or personalized items

Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have for store credit, and once the return is accepted, place a new order for the item you’d like.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you if it has been approved.
If approved, your return will be issued as store credit via gift card.
